GAMA-1 Technologies is Hiring a Junior Network Engineer Near College Park, MD
Task Description:
Nrtwork Administrative activities include:
- Patching devices monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
- Resolve daily issues on network devices and escalate if assistance required
- Troubleshoot issues on TACACS, Load balancers, Switches, and routers
- Troubleshoot issues on Certificate and PKI infrastructure
- Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation
- Resolve help desk tickets
- Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements
- Should have working knowledge of Cisco, Dell, Juniper and Citrix network devices and load balancers
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
- Identify network failures and resolve the issues.
- Reset passwords, create accounts, Assign permission.
